SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY

The shipping costs are accounted for depending on the cart total and the Country of destination:

Express   (1-3 days): Free of charge over 119€, € 12,00 if the order is less than 119€

Due to the current crisis between Russia and Ukraine, shipments and purchases are suspended to and from these countries. We sincerely hope they will restore peace as soon as possible.

In case of return from "Rest of the World" countries, the shipping costs are always charged to the Customer.

 

-Shipment:

Our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday during office hours there. Three delivery attempts will be made, and the goods will be returned to our stores. You can specify a delivery address other than the billing address as long as it is within the same Country.

-Shipping times:

Our warehouse ships from Monday to Friday at noon. Orders placed at and paid 12.00 and 11.30 a.m. will be shipped at the11.30 a.m., and orders placed in the afternoon will be processed and shipped within the next business day, except for unavailable products marked as "orderable", which need a few days of reassortment. Orders are processed and shipped only after payment confirmation.

-Transportation and delivery times:

The logistics system allows us to deliver packages in a time between 48 and 120 hours. You can not in any way change the delivery schedule. It is possible to leave a note during purchase to communicate any details to the courier to facilitate delivery. Delivery times may be delayed concerning what is indicated as a result of extraordinary, unforeseen events beyond our competitor's periods of intense movement, such as Black Friday or Christmas.

-Shipping Documentation and Traceability:

The Customer will receive the invoice and an email with a tracking code and a direct link to the courier's website as soon as the package is sent.

-Duties and customs clearance

All shipments made by Tieapart.com depart from warehouses in Italy or within the European Community. Duties, customs fees or any other expenses necessary for the customs clearance of the goods are charged to the Customer without the possibility of reimbursement or request forefront by the Customer to Tieapart.com. The Customer who places an order on Tieapart.com from a country outside the European Union assumes responsibility for paying customs fees and any duties required by his Country of origin.

-Post-purchase Feedback:

Seven days after the purchase on Tieapart, the Customer will receive a request for feedback by email. Our certified feedback system is managed by a very reliable certified company called Verified Review.

A reminder might follow the first email to remind the Customer to express his opinion on the service offered by Tieapart.com. The feedback is used to monitor customer satisfaction and to improve our online sales services.

PAYMENTS AND SAFETY

The credit card data are safe and secure, supplied as encrypted directly to the secure server of Banca Sella Spa (https://www.sella.it). The data are sent from the Bank to the appropriate international authorized circuits that return the transaction result, providing information on the successful purchase.   In the case of payment through the PayPal system (https://www.paypal.com), you send payments securely, conveniently and in an economical manner.

CREDIT/DEBIT AND PREPAID CARDS

We accept all the cards with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB logo, rechargeable credit cards and Maestro and Visa Electron cards.

 

PAYPAL

The most popular online payment system in the world, easy and secure. If you do not have a PayPal account, please create it here or from the login page before completing the order.

 

WIRE AND BANK TRANSFER (Europe)

Banca Sella lets you choose this kind of payment by the International Circuit SOFORT.

You can also make a bank transfer directly from your Bank; in this case, you must follow the instructions at the end of the order form. There, you will find the IBAN code to be used for payment. 

This procedure requires a more extended timeframe for the execution of the practice, which may take 1-3 days for the order's delivery time.

 

CASH ON DELIVERY (Europe)

We can receive payments by "COD" at the time of delivery of the package by the courier. This concerns Europe only. This service costs € 7,00. The payment methods allowed by the courier are usually cash or check.

 

VAT BILLING

Our prices include VAT for shipments within the European community. The VAT is automatically deducted instead if the purchase request is from a country outside Europe.

You can enter your VAT number and get an invoice for your purchase indicating the company name.
The invoice will be sent by email when the order is shipped.

The billing information that you provided during the order cannot be modified. In addition, due to the automation of administrative processing, we cannot issue a newly revised invoice.

 

Returns Policy

Suppose, for any reason, you do not feel satisfied with your purchase. In that case, you are entitled to terminate the contract within 30 days after receiving the goods and get a refund of the returned goods by contacting Customer Service and making sure to comply with specific requirements that you can read below.

 

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Customers who wish to return the goods must first contact Customer Service (customercare@tieapart.com) within 15 days to explicitly express their will to terminate the contract. In the email, the Customer should indicate the name, the order number and the item he needs to return.

The article intended to be returned must be shipped to our warehouse within 15 days from the termination declaration. The refund will occur when our staff receives and checks out the products.

 

The returned item must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Garments must be in perfect condition, and shoe soles must not show signs of wear. The articles demonstrating that they have suffered a loss of value can not be fully refunded. The Customer is responsible for the quality conditions of the returned products. Each item must include all packaging, labels and accessories it used to have as it was delivered. The Tieaparts security seal present on garments must not be broken or cut. All garments must be returned with their original ox, which can not be altered or damaged or used as a single outer packaging for shipment. Packaging, labels and everything accompanying the article are part of the product. The accompanying letter of Tieapart is destined for the Customer and may be withheld.

 

Returns must be shipped from the same Country as the original destination of the order. This is necessary to allow the electronic label to work correctly.

The above conditions are necessary for the return to be accepted.

 

DECREASE IN VALUE AND TAMPERING OF THE SEAL

When checking the returned goods, our staff will verify that there isn't a loss of value and that the Tieaparts seal is intact.

-Loss of value of the goods:

The Customer is held responsible for the condition in which the goods are returned. Any decrease in value resulting from handling the product more than necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and functioning may determine the inability to remarket the good.

In this case, the Customer will be worth retaining a share of money estimated on the decrease in value. Among others, some of the product manipulations that can determine a reduction in importance are the damage to the package, the removal of the labels, signs of use and loss of packaging.

-Tieapart's seal manipulation:

The Tieapart seal is a plastic seal bearing the Tieapart.com logo applied to products during quality control before shipment.

To guarantee our staff that the item has not been worn or used for reasons other than the size test, the seal must be intact and not tampered with. Therefore, do not remove the seal until you are sure you are not returning the product. Items returned with a missing or tampered seal will not be accepted.

 

REIMBURSEMENT

The refund will be scheduled as soon as our employees have received and checked the returned goods.

Suppose the return meets the eligibility requirements specified above. In that case, Tieapart.com undertakes to refund the purchase, excluding any "cash on delivery" payment costs as the courier provides this service.

The refund will be made within 14 days of the arrival of the return at the Tieapart.com warehouses through the same payment method used by the Customer. If the Customer has chosen Cash on Delivery as a payment method, the refund will be made by bank transfer.

Exceptions to reimbursement of shipping costs:

1. Order and purchase several items sufficient to reach the free shipping threshold (currently 119€ for Italy, 129€ for Europe, and 238/595 € for the rest of the world) and return some items that bear the value of your order below that threshold.

2. Return of orders whose amount is less than the free shipping threshold.

3. Orders and products returned and purchased with promotional coupon codes and value.

 

ALTERNATIVE REFUND:

After the authorization of the return, the Customer can choose one of the three compensation formulas specified below:

  1. Size exchange: If available, you can ask for the size replacement only for the same item you ordered (you can have only one free size exchange for each authorized return).
  1. Product exchange: The Customer will receive a discount code coupon for the value of the returned items, which can be used to purchase a different thing.
  1. Value Coupon: The Customer may request a discount coupon of the same value as the return to be used for a future purchase on the Tieapart.com website instead of a cash refund.

 

HOW TO PREPARE THE SHIPMENT:

1. Contact Customer Service at customercare@tieapart.com and communicate the will to return the goods reporting:  Order number, code or description of articles. We ask our customers the courtesy to inform us of the reasons for the return.

2. Pack the package carefully, possibly using the same packaging received. An unsuitable packaging may damage the goods and result in a loss of value. When using the same packaging as Tieapart, do not forget to remove the previously used labels.

3. Apply on the package the electronic label (It is attached to the parcel inside the Tieapart letter). The electronic label allows you to make the return for freeIf the electronic title has been lost, please contact our customer service to receive a copy via email. In the case of non-use of the provided electronic label, the shipping costs will be considered as charged to the Customer.

4. Contact the courier by phone and tell them that you already have the electronic label and agree with a pickup at the place and time you prefer, or go to the nearest access point.
