The shipping costs are accounted depending on the cart total and on the Country of destination:

Standard (2-5 days): Free of charge over 79€, € 8,50 if the order is less than 79€.

 

EUROPE (Austria, France, Germany, Monaco, Slovenia)
Standard (3-5 days): Free of charge over 79€, € 12,99 if the order is less than 79€.

 

EUROPE (Others)
Standard (3-6 days): Free of charge over 79€, € 14,99 if the order is less than 79€.

 

UNITED KINGDOM (U.K.)
Standard (4-6 days): Free of charge over 158€, € 15,99 if the order is less than 158€.

 

SWITZERLAND-LIECHTENSTEIN
Express (3-5 days): Free of charge over 158€, € 18,00 if the order is less than 158€
Swiss Customers are required to pay Customs Duties to the courier (See paragraph Duties and Customs clearance costs).

 

RUSSIA and UKRAINA
Express (8-20 days): Free of charge over 237€, € 36,00 if the order is less than 237€

DHL Express (3-6 days): Free of charge over 316€, € 40.95 for orders under €316
UPS Express (3-5 days): Free of charge over 316 €, € 46.00 for orders under €316

REST OF THE WORLD

Express (6-12 days): Free of charge over 395€, € 49,00 if the order is less than 395€

In case of return from "Rest of the World" countries, the shipping costs are always charged to the customer.

 

Shipment:

Our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday during office hours. 3 delivery attempts will be made, after that, the goods will be returned to our stores. You can specify a delivery address other than the billing one, as long as it is within the same country.

Shipping times:

Our warehouse ships from Monday to Friday at 12.00 am orders placed and paid before 11.30 am will be shipped the same day, orders placed in the afternoon will be processed and shipped within the next business day, except for not available products marked as "orderable" which need of a few days of reassortment. Orders are processed and shipped only after payment confirmation.

Transportation and delivery times:

The logistics system allows us to deliver packages in a time between 48 and 120 hours. You can not in any way change the delivery schedule. It is however possible to leave a note during purchase to communicate any details to the courier to facilitate delivery. Delivery times may be delayed with respect to what is indicated, as a result of extraordinary and/or unforeseen events beyond our competence and/or periods of intense movement such as Black Friday or Christmas.

Shipping Documentation and Traceability:

As soon as the package will be sent, the customer will receive the invoice and an email with a tracking code and a direct link to the website of the courier used.

Duties and customs clearance

All shipments made by Tieapart.com depart from warehouses located in Italy or within the European Community. Duties, customs fees or any other expenses necessary for the customs clearance of the goods are charged to the customer, without the possibility of reimbursement or request for reimbursement by the customer to Tieapart.com. The customer who places an order on Tieapart.com from a country outside the European Union assumes responsibility for the payment of customs fees and any duties required by his country of origin.

Post-purchase Feedback:

Seven days after the purchase on Tieapart, the customer will receive a request for feedback by e-mail. Our certified feedback system is managed by a very reliable certified company called Verified Reviews.

A reminder might follow the first e-mail to remind the customer to express his opinion on the service offered by Tieapart.com. The feedback is used to monitor customer satisfaction and to improve our online sale services.
